I was wanting to pay a couple different CA's off but I was wondering if I have to send a Validation letter first or if I can just send a Pay for delete letter for the full balance
Alot of the CA's have their own games they play. If you ask for a 'validation letter' from them and you don't think it's the 'real thing' (and I've seen a few bad 'validation' dealing with CA's, I would go see someone who could maybe say 'yea' or 'nay' if its legit or not. When you DO send them letters, it may be a good idea to send them 'certified mail'. Do all of your communication that way..not on the phone.

At first, you will have to request a validation letter to CA’s. If they give you satisfactory proof then you can pay the full balance.
