My roommate owes me one month rent. He moved out and refused to pay and did not leave any mailing address. He has scamed many people this way before. How can report the outstanding balance that he owe to credit beaura? under his SSN?

You can contact with the credit bureau and inform them regarding this issue. The credit bureau will then find out the SSN of your roommate and update this information (outstanding balance that your roommate owes you) on his credit report.

You can also file a 'petition' with the courts (in your area) and explain the situation. Even if you don't have a fowarding address on your ex-roomate, the 'courts' would beabe to find out information for you.
