SHOULD I HAVE RECEIVE NOTICE OF A JUDGEMENT AGAINST ME FROM THE UNEMPLOYMENT OFFICE? IF I PAY THEM THEIR MONIES CAN THIS BE STOPPED?

You can contact with the unemployment office and inform them that you want to payoff the debt. You may try to resolve the problem out of court. This is because once the court issues a judgment against you, then they can garnish your wages or place a lien on your property. But before judgment you will receive a summons from the court for which you need to give a reply
