Ill type verbatim the key points. It was a head scratcher for sure.

Please be advised we have reviewed your dispute and find the dispute does not have enough specific information or facts which would allows us to conduct an investigation.
In order that we may conduct a complete investigation regarding your dispute, please send a written dispute that addresses the specific information being disputed and supply any documentation to support the reason for your dispute.
We have noted your request to be provided validation documentation and have submitted a request to the original creditor to supply the requested documentation for review.
However, we acknowledge your dispute and have requested that the CRA report the account as disputed. It may take 30 days or longer to update credit reports.

I will send a debt validation exactly like the template provided here. I will follow up with another letter, detailing specifically of a signed document stating ownership of this debt.

Any suggestions?
