Where do I go to file a motion on a bank garnishment to get a judgement reversed ,vacated or void , because I never recieved a summons?

It's good that you're looking for help on this. The worst thing you could do would be to just stop pnaiyg it. A good plan would be to shop around for ONE credit card that offers 0% interest on balance transfers. That way, you can put all of your card balances on that one card, and will just have one monthly minimum payment to make. It looks like the Discover More Card is currently offering 0% interest on balance transfers with no annual fee and a few other things. Here's the link:If you'd rather not get another credit card, you could consider applying for a small personal loan through your bank. This would have the same results; just pay off your cards, and then you only have one bill to pay. Otherwise, it is a good idea to just tighten your budget, or get a part time job so you can still make the monthly minimum payments. As long as you don't start defaulting and making late payments; that is what will have a negative impact on your credit score! Hope this helps!
