A judgement was made against me for a credit card debt in which I made my last payment on 9/13/2007 and plaintiff filed suit on July 18, 2011. At this point the attorneys office for the cc company is telling me they have writ of execution against me. Can the things that I own jointly be taken or my joint bank account be frozen. Do I have a leg to stand on?
