All 3 of my credit reports have the same accounts? Previously they were different. Is there a method not to have an account or to cancel an account with a credit reporting company (Experian, TransUnion etc)

Yes, all 3 of your credit reports can have the same accounts. This is because your creditor/CA can report all the credit bureaus simultaneously. You can’t restrict the selling of your information to other credit bureaus.
