my husband co-signed for his daughter with a bail bond agency and she won't pay the bill. It has gone to a collection agency and they are threatening us to take us to court and have a judgement against us. he actually co-signed for 2 of them with his daughter and 1 with his son. and neither of them have paid. The daughter owes almost 15,000 and the son owes almost 4,000. I'm frustrated because it affects me now. But we can't seem to get them to be responsible for there actions. Is there something we can do or are we just stuck with taking care of it. any help on this would be awesome. thanks

Welcome to the forums!!!
As your husband has co-signed for this debt, so he is equally responsible to pay off. Try to contact with the creditors and negotiate with them. If possible set up a payment arrangement with them.
