What if my certified letter was not returned

I sent a letter to a collection agency by certified mail with a return receipt and I did not get anything back. What do I do now

What is the status right now? Have you got the reply from them?If the collection agency didn't sent you enough proof, send them another letter mentioning their violation of FDCPA and tell them to stop collections calls and inform the credit bureaus, unless you will file a lawsuit.
