Which is better for consultation - locally licensed attorney or on the Internet? I cant spend too much on legal fees. So, would like to go for an affordable one to deal with my credit problems.

You may consult a locally licensed attorney since that is better than working with one online. You must inform your attorney about your financial health and ask him or her to lower the consultation charges for you.
