Does anyone know if Northright Credit Alliance is a scam?

I would like to know if anyone knows if Northright Credit Alliance address 447 Sutter Street, San Francisco, CA. 94108 USES FHONE NUMBER 1-800-745-3508.. They want you to pay a fee to cover the loan insurance so if you get sick or something happens to you the loan will be paid and covered. I would like to know if anyone has any information about them being a scam to take your money and not sending you your loan?

asking for money in any form for a loan is illegal.so this is a scam.btw the number is spoofed,and the address is bogus as well.they are located in CANADA.so do not do it.again nobody is allowed to ask for,or demand upfront money to get a loan so a scam.
