I had a few overdue accounts on my credit report from when I was younger. This one account hit the 7 years and dropped off my credit report, that same day a new and different creditor picked it up and put it BACK on my credit report. Is this possible??
I thought once the 7 years are done there is nothing they can do?

I actually have heard of this happening before. I am not sure they have the authority to do that however. You have to really stay on top of the bureaus when it comes to the creditors because they will completely rip you off. I learned a way that you can dispute things like this, as well as just about anything else on your credit report with secretcreditrepair.org. They teach you strategies that most people have never even heard of. I am currently in the process but I know of people that I have used it with success. Good luck!
