im on disability an owe 2,000 on a credit card cant pay on it any more an now the said they were gonna sue me to get a lawyer can they take my money or freeze my bank thats all the money i get
I am living on ssd income and the IRS put a hold for funds on my direct deposit bank account so I called them and explained that is all i have to live onright now so they released the hold and put a lein on my home.
I will have to pay it back with interset which is high but I can keep my checks to pay my bills.
They told me When i can make a big payment and they will work with me on small monthly payments to release the judgement lien on my house.
Now i just need to hit the lottery!!!
