I had given my personal information to someone who claimed that he can fix me my credit, this guy took my information and opened multiple credit cards under my name, business and personal and charged thousands of dollars on them, I files a police report and I was able to dispute those credit card applications and charges on most of them, Citi capital one discover and american express, Bank Of america was the only one to deny my claim and continuing to collect the debt, its 2 cards a personal and a business, totaling almost 100 thousand dollars, what can I do to get this debt off my name and win this dispute. Please help!
