Pay Off 2nd Mortgage paid on Court

Hi, I hope someone can help me. I had a 2nd mortgage that I paid through court. I do have the courts paper as proof of the pay off. However still showing in my credit reports that I have a balance, like I did not pay the mortgage.

I sent to credit bureaus copy of the court evidence but they still showing that I owe that money.

How can I do? Certainly I know the bank, but I do not have the department address (that could work with this issue) where I can send any letter.
