My husband has alot of credit card debt from 5 yrs ago. I have been drawing my social security and retirement for about a year and keep in a separate savings account...there is now a judgement against him...they are garnishing my savings ..all of it...my husband's name is on the savings account..in case I die...but he doesn't have any business with it...is there any thing I can do???
have you consulted with your lawyer?
No...I don't have one...suppose to get the letter from the bank explaining things..
