When asking for a verification from the CRA on a collecton, should I seek verifications from all 3 CRA'S or just one?

You can seek verification with any one of the CRAs or with all of them. I personally feel it is better to verify data from all the CRAs as that will give you a better idea of the collection carried out. And, in case, there is any dispute with any one CRA, you can at least verify with the other CRAs.

Generally speaking, it has been my experience that the CRA's dont supply verification. All they do is their investigation and report the results. However, if the account is being reported inaccurately and the collection agency or company furnishing the information verifies it, then you probably have a good case under FCRA
