Is it legal for paydays loans to be judgements lasting for 10 years?

Are you saying the pdl company has already been issued a judgment against you through court? If yes, judgment can last up to a period of 10 years. Depending upon the state laws, it can be renewed up to 20 years. Check with your state for the specific laws on judgments.
