You are posting in the wrong forum. It is a credit related forum which helps people solve their credit related problems.

You should contact the card processing division of that credit card company.

What you can do is send a mail to the Admin of this community mentioning your account details - your user name and account id. You can contact the Admin of this community at - "creditmagic.admin@gmail.com" .
