I recieved a solicitation from this company offering me a personal loan for 2000-5000 unsecured and it asks that i fill in requested info and fax or mail the form to ics financial assoc in oklahoma city. I was wondering if anyone ever heard of this company?

I have heard about them. They have been found to practice illegal advance fee loans and many complaints have been lodged against them for predatory lending.
They try to target people clearly in need of money.
One of my friends received a short application form and a short letter that he meets the requirements for a personal loan of the same amount you have mentioned.
You should not send any reply.

Their illegal scam is they call you back and this high pressure guy says your guaranteed to be rolling in money if you send a $150.00 fee advance and provide information for your bank accounts so he can electronically deposit the funds. Well, after that, does he deposit or withdraw from your account?
