Can you remove negative TLs that have been sold/transferred?

I just want to make sure I have my facts straight.
I live in Ohio and have negative trade lines that have been transferred/sold. 3 are CAs (each has 2 different CAs after the 1st) and the 2 are original lenders( with 2 other TL reporting after). Should the original accounts have been removed from my CR upon transfer and/or can they be removed now? I have sent DV letters to all and have received 2 responses (from CAs) stating they no longer have the accounts all will request to have them removed from my CR. I am sending copies CMRR to the CRAs for these today.
Thanks

If I am understanding correctly;

Normally, the Original Creditor trade line will
remain (for 7 years) and shows a $0 Balance
along with the [correct] Date of Last Payment,
Date Opened, Date Closed, and whatever Comments
they like to include.

The CAs, who are not CURRENTLY collecting, should
automatically remove their account, after Selling or
Transferring the account to a Junk Debt Buyer. The
CAs will remove these accounts when challenged.

Note: After you get each account down to just one
CA, remember to send a DV letter to that CA. Be
sure that the CAs are showing the correct "Date of First
Delinquency" for each account. The CAs account
cannot remain longer than the OC trade lines, no
matter when the CA purchased the account.

Hope this response is helpful.

yes, thank you. All CAs mentioned above have responded to my dvs as no longer having & deleting. That's a total of 7 TLs gone! I've been pretty lucky so far.
