My husband had a pdl with AeroAdvance, we sent the letter telling them we had blocked thei ach debit and that he had overpaid and that there was a refund due of $150 now we were notified by the BBB that they had replied to the complaint and said that he was not due a refund. Then he got a letter from Allen & Associates (Collections) and they are asking for a full payment of $386. The loan was for $250 + 50= $300 and they took out $450 they debited the account over 5 times . What should we do? Pay them? they have not threatened us yet. Please advise

Your husband has paid a lot more than what was due. You should not pay them anymore.
