I recently tried to get a unsecured loan from a company called FLA through BANK of America they approved me but wanted 17.99 interest rate for 96 months? what do u think and just because I said it seemed high that I might as well go into debt consolidation they denied me just like that.

17.99% is EXTREMELY high for me!

They did issue their Denial Letter?
What reason(s) did they state in the letter?
If it is because you said DC, I assume they
would not put that in writing.
