I din't think PDL'scan be reported on your credit reports, because they are illegal. I live in the state of PA. I DO have some dliquent PDL's, however, they are NOT showing on my credit. PDL's are VERY high % and CANNOT legally 'show' they are charging the % rate on your credit. I would find out what laws state, in the state you live in.

Legal storefront operations could report. You are right, though, it's highly unlikely that an iPDL will show up on a CR.

Unfortunately, they are backed by a bank and the loans are bonafide installment loans, so yes, they are legal in almost every state.

I've sure seen alot on Cash Call!! Not to 'put anyone down' or 'judge anyone', but, I'm glad I'm not going through this alone!! ( Hope everyone understand my meaning, with this). Just really good to get advice from others.

If they are legal and there are so many complaints there is no reason why the BBB is not taking any action. This is atrocious.
