Subject: Monthly statements from collections attorney

Posted on Mon Jun 18, 2007 7:33 pm

I made arrangements to pay a credit union, they did validate, I do owe the debt, they accepted my meager monthly payment, that kept me out of court.

However, this was for a collection attorney, that I believe works directly for the credit union, cause the checks are sent to her, yet made out to the credit union it's self.

Shouldn't I be receiving a monthly statement from someone, on how much I paid, how much is owed?

Hi,
Credit unions may provide you with monthly statements. Sometimes they do. Have a talk with your credit union and find out whether they do it or not.

Hi,

Get in touch with our credit union. I am sure they will help you in this case. Some credit unions give the monthly statements through email. Of course if that is the system of the company. Do keep posting. Smile
