I just reviwed my bank acct online and also had $49.95 withdrawn from account without approval to EVER PRIVATE CARD ! Can someone tell me what this is ?

Jo (not verified)

They just took out $1,611.87 out of my bank account.. I spoke to the company named on my bank & it was a person of the courts stateting a judgement was placed against me & the judge granted them permission to just go in my bank account & take out my money. I am so angry & frustrated out how a person can just go & take that amount of money out of someones bank account without knowing if they have children to feed, rent to pay, etc. Is there anything that can be done??? Help us BOTH...

Okay Melissa,

First go to the Customer Service and Refund Request Form website:

www.everprivatecardservice.com

Give them your name and email id. In the subject of the email, explain that you did not request their service and say that you do not need their service, and did not realize that you have authorized their service. They must respond to you the same day. They might try to pressure you, but if you reply to them and reiterate that you did not request their service, do not need their service, did not realize that you were authorizing their service, and want a refund, gradually you will receive a message asking for your address and informing you that you will receive a refund in about 10 days.

Incase they keep creating problems, then tell them that you will file a complaint with the Attorney General. It will be good if you provide them with the name..

Jo,

Go ahead and ask them to provide you with the legal documents first. If this is true. If they cannot provide you with the same go ahead and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They will be able to help you.

Hi Mellisa and Jo,

Do keep us updated regarding whatever you are doing. This has happened to my friend Charles as well. I would also like to know what has actually happened.

Melissa, epc seems to be related to payday loans. From what I understand, consumers have applied for a PDL online, and they are automatically enrolled in the epc "program." Stay away from PDLs...they are evil, and are anything BUT a service.

Thu, 07/26/2007 - 06:53 Permalink

You are right Morningstar.

Ever Private Card is a company that comes into action if you have applied for a payday loan. Applying for payday loan online or not is like promoting the idea anyway. A payday loan might seem to be a relief at a first glance but it can completely destroy your financial position and your credit score along with it.

In order to get rid of this atrocious system and to get back the money you can file a complaint with the bank rather contacting EPC which would not be of any help. Every bank has its fraud department and I am sure that by this time everyone knows about EPC and its corrupt services. Talk to your bank, try and do a reverse payment if it is not late. Also open a new account and transfer all your money from the existing account to the new one. Do not forget to inform your employer about the change to get your pay towards the new account.

The baseline of the advice is STAY AWAY FROM PAYDAY LOANS. This will kill you and your future slowly and steadily.
Thanks

Sounds familiar!! Just want to warn people about something else, similiar to this. Ambassador Collections..........this is a 'collection agency', for the PDL called Nationwide. When AC took money from my account, I 'disputed' with my bank. The bank DID come up with a #800, that was SUPPOSELY linked to AC. When I called it, the # was 'not in working order'. Becareful of PDL!!! They can get u in a mess!

I don't think that they can attach or garnish without a court order. That usually means that the borrower IS aware of what's going on and simply decided to ignore the legal warnings and summons to appear.

It is the extremely rare situation whereby a person has their wages garnished or their bank accounts levied and that person is unaware of what's going on. Sorry...

Tue, 08/21/2007 - 16:42 Permalink

I think that the bank account number had been given out mistakenly. That might have caused this trouble.

Wed, 08/22/2007 - 08:41 Permalink

Sicne PDL's are not legal, I din't think they could take you to court. Mybe I'm wrong. But, I REALLY don't think they can make you pay back all the % they charge you for the loan. Usually when a PDL takes a debit, from your account, there is a Phone # displyed right next to the PDL's name. If this 'Eversave' ( ?) is connected to PDL's, they should have a number. Call it and see what they say. If it IS a 'valid' #, then get information ( ie..person's name, where they are located, etc.) ANY PDL company has an obligation to tell you this information.

Can't you file a dispute with your bank, I have had this happen to me and it was my bank that got the money back for me. Go talk to the person who is in charge of the accounts, normally it is the head teller that will pull the appropriate paperwork and have you sign that you did not authorize this transaction. Goodluck and keep us updated on your situation.

Tue, 11/25/2008 - 00:56 Permalink

If the creditor has brought judgment against you to garnish your bank account, the bank can take out money from your account without informing you. However, if you have provided your creditor with your bank account number, routing number and have authorized them to withdraw money from your bank account by signing the terms and conditions while applying for the loan, the bank can take money from your account.

Tue, 03/10/2009 - 06:41 Permalink

You might want to call the company/bank you have a loan with and find out if they DID get your authorization to take money out of your account. Did you sign a contract of any kind? If they say you did this, you should have them send you a copy of the contract, they claim, you signed.

I was going to pay the collection agency the amount owed when I then talked to the people I owed it too and they said I can just pay it at their office so I told the agent not to take the money out of my acct and that I was going to pay it the next day at the dmv and that same day the agent still took it out even when I told him that day not to take it out until the next day before I changed my mind on where I was going to pay it what action can i take against them for still taking payment out without my permission any more

Hi Snooky,

Have you checked your credit report after the collection agency(CA) took the money from your account? Have they updated the debt as "paid" in your credit report? If the CA has not updated your credit report, contact them and ask them to send you a written agreement. The agreement should state that they will report to the credit bureaus, that the debt has already been paid.

If the CA does not agree to it you should consult an attorney. It is possible that the money is returned back to your account, after the case is heard in court. It is always best to deal with your original creditor, while paying off for a debt. In case you have to deal with a CA, you should always be very careful. You can make payments by money order, so that you do not have to give your account information to anyone.

Great suggestion rachael, most of the time they will report to your credit report and then use it as a bargaining tool to get you to pay it.

Ispeedway a company providing internet sale service gave me a free trial account but at the end of the day , they did not provide a good service, they were supposed to do. But they started taking money from my account because they have my debit card info . I called my bank to cancel all these payments my bank refused to help me out.
I finally was deficient in my account and my charged me for other draft fees , I left this bank (Washington mutual) to Chase Bank . Last week , Chase took $176 from account without my permission . When i called to ask why , they said it was because of my dept with WAMU.
I would like to know if Chase has the right to do so ?

My roommate bank account was garnished but there was no money in the account and the bank overdrew the account into the negative to satisfy the garnishment, now the bank told my roommate he owes them $1095 plus 100 garnishment fee. That is crazy that the bank would over draw the account plus wants overdrawn fees and a 100 garnishment fee... WOW

Can he sue the bank for overdrawing the account considering it had no money in the account to begin with? I would think that at least the overdrawn fees should not be paid because they caused the account to be overdrawn

Was there something documented that a debt was suppose to come out of your bank account? I'm just trying to get everything clear. Please explain alittle more..thank you.

Regional Adjustment Bureau has been taking out money for a debt and when we told them to stop and we will pay each month on the days we are able to they will not and they keed overdrafting the account. This has happened 3 times and everytime we call them to stop and they dont listent. This time instead of $50 they took out $100. It keeps overdrafting the account which adds on another $32 every time they over draft our account. I am sick and tired of this. I need help with what to do because I know for a fact they are NOT able to do this!

Please let me know if there was a judgment agaisnt you. If there was no judgment, then Regional Adjustment Bureau can't garnish your account.

If I told a company to absolutely not take money from my account for a debt can they still do it legally? They did have my account info but I told them expressly that I did not want them to make the withdrawl.

Thu, 12/09/2010 - 17:59 Permalink

If you have the proof that your friend has committed the crime, then you could use that information and file a lawsuit against him. It all depends on the validity of your information. I guess all the banks today have upgraded their data systems so as to catch fraudulent attempts whenever committed. If you suspect such a thing, you'd need to consult your banker and express your concern.

I have just recently dealt with these loan places online never again however I put stop payments on these loan places and asked for a new account in which the bank did however the stop payments were for certain amounts and I was told that since the amounts were changed and were different from the stop payment amounts the bank allowed the process to go through racking up about $800.00 on my old account I was also told that the bank could not touch my new account by a personal banker than today comes along and and the bank took out the $478 that I had in there leaving me with nothing how can they take money from my new account without my permission? I have two kids currently unemployed and was also told by a friend that if you are recieving help from the state places can not take your money since a place took her to court and was trying to take money from her employment checks the judge did not allow because of her being on state assistance. How To Find Christian adult dating sites

Christians are very interested in preserving their religion. Even in romantic business relationships, They make sure Christ is at its center. Now that online dating services are on the rise, And Christian singles want to date other christian believers, We have an effect of many Christian dating Web sites. Compared to regular matchmaking sites on the internet, Christian dating sites are only accepting members in their religion. in this regard, All the singles looking for a date or a partner will be sure that all of the members have the same purpose.

considering the Christian dating Web sites available, It may be hard to choose which one is best for you. There are some Christian matchmaking sites that can be accessed for free. Others or most of them require membership fees. It is up to the person as to which site he will trust when looking for a partner.

considering the number of Christian dating sites, theres few names that Christian members endorse. most of the time, They check out singles sites that follow the teachings of their religion. instead, They want Christians to avoid the internet dating sites that do not adhere to their religion's policies.

Two of the web-pages that agree to follow their religion's teachings are:

Christian Cafe This is the largest dating site available nowadays. Christian Cafe caters to Christian singles that need to find romance, care for, As well as camaraderie. They offer a free 10 day membership where one can fully use the features of the Web site.

several of factors that make certain Web sites unqualified for the Christian users. The topmost factor is when a Christian Web site serves lgbt members. Christians counteract such gay and lesbian dating sites because they are reckoned to be against the morals of the Christian tradition.

Other Web sites to refrain from eating are those run by non Christian organizations and those that are engaged in questionable methods of operation. most of the Web sites to avoid named by Christian Dating Watchdog, A Web site that reviews Christian adult dating sites, have been:these web sites, pretty spanish girls to be able to reviews, Do not meet the benchmarks of Christian dating. like a result, Christians are advised to avoid these sites.

The best way to find very good Christian buddy is to go to decent Christian matchmaking sites. nonetheless, The secret to a good find depends on the type of the person searching for a partner. certainly, Christian dating sites are bridges that connect people of the same faith to each other. Using them properly should always be the top priority. they must be used in a Christian way.

How accurate are our first effects

the science of first impressions is complicated, Influenced by things just outside of our control, neurological processes we don understand and inaccurate stereotypes. But if we can better understand the proceedings, We might stand a chance of procuring the one.

There is evidence that we could make an assessment of someone attractiveness in the blink of an eye, But it doesn necessarily indicate that those assessments are accurate. By discounting some people in an instant we might also be losing out on far more suitable suitors.

kinds of living conditions, Personalities and the emotions of the people we meet all contribute to the reality that we hit it off. So what is going on when we make a good romantic first impression? And how might apps have replaced modern dating? It takes less than 1/10th of a second to form an assessment of someone face. These first impressions predict all kinds of important options, Not just allure. as an example, People snap judgements of a politician competence, Based solely on the look of them, Can predict their success in an election even when the listeners has no knowledge of who the politician is. These impressions we make in a split second are not random; They tend to be shared by the majority of the people surveyed. But it doesn inevitably make them correct. to determine what a person is like from a simple exposure is basically ridiculous. We only make first impressions about strangers. So naturally they are superficial. might like:

The dark side of believing in true love Why meeting another gaze is so powerful Polyamorous associations may be the future of love Whether our predictions are accurate or not, We cause them to become quickly and we stick to them. Even if we are given more time than 1/10th of a second to judge the attractiveness of a face, We are unlikely to arrive at a different conclusion.

There are three universal qualities men and women infer from a face: allure, believability and dominance

And in this picture, We make an assessment of a lot of different functions. There are three universal qualities that any of us infer from a face: elegance, believability and dominance. Evolutionarily, This pays for itself. charm is a mating cue, standing implies useful social characteristics, Like having care for children, And assessing dominance is necessary to avoid conflict. These first effects, folks are not judged equally. Women who appear masculine are evaluated negatively whereas men would be evaluated make an effort to. this applies to both genders, So men and women [both] Make negative examination of masculine looking women. Impressions of faces are shallow, light, light, General and can be inexact. If we think about this in the context of dating apps we also have to factor in the effects of how a photo is taken. A lot of research on faces will use amalgamated photos. These photos are computer put together "averages, Mixing together a lot of aspects of real faces and usually presented like a passport photo. Hardly the sorts of faces we may see when browsing people dating profiles.

Photos of real people are heavily affected by their make up. for example, Portraits taken from a low angle may be judged as dominant, Which is positive for men and negative for. Whereas overturn is seen in portraits taken from a high angle.

All of your hard work to curate the very best gallery of photos might be in vain

regardless, The photos we choose to publish on dating profiles are heavily curated to present inside ourselves the best light. Not just chosen for beauty, ffortunately they are there to reflect personality and social cues, not unlike adventurousness or generosity. People often use photos of his or her self doing charity work, as an example.

conversely, All of your hard work to curate the perfect gallery of photos might be in vain just because of who else you appear alongside. This is known as a sequence effect. In free dating online apps, It is a case of love at second sight. When asked to rate the attractiveness of potential partners, If the preceding face was attractive you are more likely to rate the next face as attractive and vice versa. because of this, We might discount attractive people because they came after an less attractive face, Or if these person was also attractive, We overvalue that second person attractiveness because the sequence effect. Only way to tell whether two people will really like each other weather resistant talk. From the opening line completely up to when they planned to meet for a first date, They gathered messages and then followed up with the couples to see if they would go for a second date.

Didn find any differences based on the first pick up line most people use something fairly innocuous like but their choice did not issue to the final outcome, Says assistant professor Liesel Sharabi from West Virginia institution. Have low react rates. So justifiable that if your message might not get a response then you might not commit to a personal message.

classic dating script is that men approach women and we largely found that it was men who approach women online, that, shows Sharabi. The best part is how few gender differences there were in the types of strategy used. individuals are more similar than they are different. And the few differences might be explained by people conforming to gender anticipation, Rather than the potency of their strategies. Being open about the type of person you are researching for is more effective than talking about your wealth, Status or whether you are looking at love

to all of, the researchers described 18 different subcategories of dating strategy. Once couples had moved beyond the getting line, The most effective conversation starter that led to a second date was to talk about partner preferences. Being open about the type of person you would like is more effective than talking about your wealth, Status or whether you're looking for love. Perhaps it helps to manage anticipations before meeting in person. The least effective strategy was to discuss dates with other people.

That is unique about online dating is that you have a longer time to figure out if your date is going to meet your expectations, is marked Sharabi. With online dating you tend to build people up in your head which can lead to disappointment. We can idealise people when we don have a lot of information to go on. information

We have made an assessment of someone charisma, And we have maintained a gossip long enough to arrive at a first date; exactly what next? We need to make an assessment of some more difficult characteristics.

The desirability of the people whom we can contact through dating apps and hot latin women our own understanding of self worth predict who we ask on dates. We tend to match with folks whom we deem equal in self worth, Physical charm and popularity. still, This is a common strategy for both men and women. People who value their self worth highly might be more likely to choose other people with high self worth because they are more optimistic about a successful outcome.

Men will say potentially they are attracted to intelligent women in a hypothetical scenario, But they are less attracted to an intelligent woman in practice perhaps for their own insecurities

One issue with measuring our dating intentions is that people tend to be quite inaccurate after getting asked about their preferences. men, as an example, Will say likely attracted to intelligent women in a hypothetical scenario, But in practice will be less attracted to an intelligent woman when they meet face to face perhaps greatly assist own insecurities about their intelligence.

this is what's called the hot cold empathy gap and affects not just our abilities to talk about attraction. People tend to anticipate their decisions in a cold state in a rational way. But then if they are in the situation they are influenced by their emotions. in fact,in actuality, You might be attracted to someone who doesn meet your predefined criteria once you meet one on one.

Speed dating is a very useful way to explore dating behaviours because it represents a realistic way that we interact with potential new partners. Are a lot of situations in daily life where we meet potential partners in a quick way, Says Karen Wu from California State university, oregon. Might meet individual at a bar, a conference, around passpresent ing. People don always take an hour to meet man. A speed dating state, If daters were feeling happy after one encounter they were less likely to find the next interaction partner as a potential match at the end of the evening. This is named a contrast effect, Where we have the exact opposite reaction to how we are feeling.

Men are more affected by comparison affects. But this can be explained by a desire especially for the previous person. Being in a positive mood at the start of the evening had the same effect. which means that, It is not only the emotion that is caused by meeting the last partner that turns you off to subsequent people; your general mood state has an effect too.

I was struggling having a hard time getting approved for anything due to a layoff I had last year so I fell behind on my bills and now I am struggling trying to get my score back up so I can purchase a home. I surf the internet in search of help and I met with AUTOLINKS CREDIT SERVICES and I explained to them my credit situation and they promised to help me get my scores back on track so I can be qualified for the home purchase. After some couple of days later, they cleared the bills on my credit profile and effected the changes across all 3 credit bureaus and finally raised my scores to 793. I bought the house after a week and I am very happy today with my family. You can contact them and have them fix your credit issues as fast as possible.
