Subject: MBNA send WARRANT in DEBT

MBNA send a WARRANT in DEBT through usps mail w/o having me sign it.
When I get served for a civil suit, don't I have to sign those papers?

THANKS

Check your state's code of civil procedure to determine what constitutes "proper service." Each state is different, but many do allow for service by 1st class mail.

wow. You would think someone would actually have to sign. With the amil system not exactly up to par (my mail constantly goes elsewhere) How would you know if one did get lost?

Dear handmariana
I dont think you should panic for not being signed for the mail. You are in fact in an advantageous position as there is no proof to the United States Postal Sevice that you have received the mail. However, whenever you receive a mail, it gets reflected in the status section of the USPS website as mail delivered.
