Contact the companies and have them explain why these accounts are showing up. If you still have (or even if you don't) the same insurance try giving them a call and see if they have any records for that time period.

Since you had medical insurance while opening these accounts, I think this should not adversely affect your credit report. You may contact with the insurance companies for the same.

thank you for the responce's. And yes I do still have the same insurance so I will try to call them to see if they can help. I'm thinking this will not be easy to get them to pay all these expencive medical bills. Do they have to pay them if I was covered by them at the time?

Dear

I dont think you need to pay them if you were covered by medical insurance when opening these accounts

If you insurance has refused to pay these bills after you called them and see what is going on, there is always a dispute process with the insurance company in which you can have them take a look at the bills again...at least with my medical there is. also I would think you should have received some type of notification via mail at least, or by phone. call the insurance and find out if they know about the bills, they may not even know, or they could have refused them but i would think you would have gotten something in writing about that. good Luck and keep plodding away. Don't give up. That's what they want you to do.

I also agree with the point that if anyone is covered by medical insurance when opening these type of accounts he should necessarily get the benefit. Even if they refuse to pay, you may provide them with the written document to claim the money.
