Subject: credit card jugement

| i just found out i have a credit card jugement in 2004 now there contacting me my brother gave me a car can they take it .also in 2005 they went to court with the same case why would they do that if they already had a jugement i am on ssi i cant pay the jugement was for 4,500 but when they contact me there sayind 7,800 how do you think they found me |

I was im the army in iraq from 01 till 07 of course I had a poa that screwed me today 2/12 I got a letter from a colloection office sayin there was a judgement against me fro 07 and I have to pay.
really after 5 years of nothing now this can u help? |

| Last year Capital one tried to take me to court. I called the people that are suppose to represent them and they were most nastiest people to talk to. They threaten that they will garnish my pay and put a hold on my account. So the next day I filled an affividate on them stating that I don't owe them any money. So they give me a court date to return. The week I was suppose to go to court they send me paper work showing that I had an account with them.The paper work didn't look right there was some over prints on the sheet. So what I did I recent had opened an account with capital one I took it to court. I took my credit report. When I went to court I unfortantaly I sat next to the lawyer. He asked me my name i told him so then he walks around then tells me am i going to settle out of court. I had the nastiest attitude and told him no. At the end i do not have to pay anything they have to get proof of when and payment form how it was opened. I hope I win. |
