Hello again,

Well here is what happened...

I sent out a Pay for Deletion letter several weeks ago and never received a response. As suggested, I called the collection agency. They told me that they would not delete the information from my credit report and they would only mark it as paid in full, which was the reason they had not responded...

So I want to know if there is any further action I can take, or should I just settle for it being marked as paid in full?

As always, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I also didn't send the PFD letter by certified mail either.
