I have disputed one account through Equifax several times and can not get it straight. I had an unsecured account with a credit company in 2002. Unfortunately I had to file ch 13. This creditor was included in the scheduled payments. This company tried to collect after discharge in 2006. When I pulled my credit reports, this company was reporting Charge Off/ Bad dedt. I disputed it and equifax changed it to where it was included in the bankruptcy but the company tried to say I had recent foreclosure/ repossession up to May 2009. I disputed it again with copies of my discharge and scheduled payments, where this company was paid. Once again, this company is reporting that I have charge off up to May 2009. Is this legal? What can I do about this?

Maybe you could consult an attorney in this matter.
