Subject: Repayment of Pay Day Loans

I had a payday loan that I defaulted on in March of this year. I closed my bank account and after sometime they have stopped calling me. I need to take out a small payday loan. If I do this with another company, can the other company have access to my bank account?

From what I understand from your post you mean to ask whether the old payday loan company will gain access to your bank account.

I guess not since they wouldn't (in all probabilities) have the checking account details. This is a new bank account that you are speaking of I believe?

Hello, I am searched for your & in my opinion, I do not recommend that, Many of this Pay day loans companies share a info,and are basically the equal pdl's companies. See if they find out the another way.
