the docket was filed in hudson county, nj back in 03/2004

thanks

Hi question

Your report must also mention which creditor has got the judgment against you. You can look for their information and if you want to you may dispute the judgment and get it removed. I hope you have the required documents. Having paid the judgment off, did you get the satisfaction of judgment signed by the creditor? If you did then this will also help you dispute it better.

unfortunately i dont have the letter of satisfaction; i moved few times and all paperwork got lost or thrown out. so now i only have my credit report which doesnt show the debt or the credit card in question; will that be enough? should i send a copy of the credit report to the court and the plaintiff? i am not sure if i have a case here. what do you think? thanks so much for your help.

You mean you do not have any paper works? I am not aware of the availability of online information. Well, I think you may dispute it supporting it with a copy of your credit report.
