i have charge offs on my credit report and i need to know how to go about correcting this problem. who do i call and talk to.

You can try disputing it and if they don't respond then they will be removed. Its a shot in the dark.

They will stay on your report for seven years and will eventually fall off, but if you can dispute it and they don't respond they will remove them.
