card services have changed my rate and balance for the the last year and i call every month and they have not fixed my account what do i do

Hello Blue, My advice to you would be to get your atty general involved and the Federal Trade Commission. Sometimes when matters like this gets to a point where we can not get them resolved we need to call in the bigger guns. I would try to call as soon possible and not let this matter go any further.
