I PAID "privacy matters" for credit monitering and score information. I also (PAID) "freecreditreportdotcom". Strange and frustating..My Transunion score on freecreditreportdotcom, is 45 points lower than on privacy matters. I understand the 3 (TU, EXP& EQI) would all be different, but why would Transunion be different in different places?? I went into a dealership toughting my 724, come to find out they showed a 679! I looked like an idiot! What gives?

Hi oldcolonyscrap,

Have you tried to get your credit score from TransUnion directly? If not, then do it now. Get your credit score directly from TransUnion by paying them the fee for providing this service. You can either do this online or call up TransUnion and request for your credit score. You will get the contact number from their website.

Hope this helps

oldcolonyscrap ,

Getting your score directly from Trans union sounds like your best bet. Soemtimes these agencies we pay to get scores do not always provide you with the most accurate information. Since I see you have already paid two different agencies, then why not just go ahead and pay the agencies directly so that you know for sure what your score is.
It may different from each individual agency since not all places report to all three. Some creditors will report to only one.
