Not Sure What to Do

I'm in a bad situation. I have over 45K in credit card debt which does not include my student loan or my car loan- or my mortgage. I am really struggling with paying these bills and although they are current and not late yet, I don't know for how much longer I can keep this up. I can barely afford the minimum payments. These bills will never be paid! I am debating filing bankruptcy, but I am not sure of specifics about that, and of course I'm scared. My other thought is to work with one of those credit agencies that makes it so that you only make one payment a month until everything is paid off, but I have heard that so many of those are a scam. I just don't see any other way out of this debt other than those two options. Can anyone offer me advice or share your experience with either of these two things? How long does each one affect your credit score? Will I ever be able to get a car loan again, an emergency credit card? Any advice is appreciated!

In fes situations you cna start thinking to file bankruptcy

The lenders are nto wllign to negotiate
You totaldebt exceed your assests
Lender are goign after yoru wages

You have debts which are nto backed by any assets

If you ahve collection calls

How to file is a different question

You will be better off contacting a attorney with this, since they ahave more experiance

Rememebr you will need to prepare lot of documents
