Subject: Remaoval letter for Bankruptcy 7 and Judgement

Looking for a sample letter to get a bankruptcy 7 and judgement removed from credit report. According to all three CRA the information is incorrect on both. So having an awesome letter to help remove these inaccuries would be so helpful.

Hi Moose,

I don't have a letter but I guess my question to you would be did you file chapter 7 and was the judgement included and how long ago. Because I don't believe you can remove them until the time is up. Maybe they are reported wrong if so you can contact the court where you filed and they should send you copies of your file to send to the CRA so it can be corrected. If you didn't file and neither of them belong to you I don't know how you would go about that.
