Hi andyth,

I'm thinking more on the lines of a consolidation of your debt. For one it doesn't hurt your credit as bad compared to a settlement. And I'm not 100% positive about this put I think since your not behind on the credit cards you might not be able to do a settlement. I'm sure others on here can help you out with that. But there is a non profit organization that posts on here that seems to be legit. But of course do your homework first before dealing with any of them. Because there are some scams out there. But the name of their organization is Freedom. Good Luck to you.
