Hi stressed

You may go to the clerk's office and fill out a form that is in response to the summon seeking a date when you need to be present in court. You can simply ask someone at the clerk's office about the form and if you find it difficult you can seek help from an attorney. Most attorney's would extend this help free of cost. If you know of any attorney then you can seek help from them or simply ask some of your friends to help.

Hi Amador:

If you have won a judgment against the debtor, you can send a copy of the judgment to the judgment debtor.

Robert:

For responding to the summons, you can visit the court where the summons was served. There request the court clerk to help you in answering to the summons.

Thanks,

Aaron

Hi,

You first need to read the summons and complaint page in detail. Then you can visit the courts website and find out forms from there for answering to the summons. In the answer you will have to agree to or deny to the allegations that the creditor have brought against you. Still it is better to take help from a lawyer.

Thanks,

Aaron
