I KNOW I OWE A FEW SMALL PLACES LIKE THE LIBRARY, BLOCKBUSTER, SOME MAGAZINES. HOW CAN I FIND OUT EVERYONE THAT I NEED TO PAY?

go to annualcreditreport.com and get hard copies of you CRs. if they haven't written you or listed on your CR then there isn't much you can do.

Yep..AnnualCreditReport is a good place to start. Don't get it mixed up with FreeCreditReport (dot) com, however. FreeCredit Report is a website that you have to pay to get your Credit report.

I would also recommend pulling your credit report. If someone isn't listed they will send you a bill or something or at least they should.
