Subject: Once funds are garnished, who actually owns the funds?

In Minnesota, the funds were garnished from a bank, disgorged. Does the creditor then have ownership?

On what?

The account is still yours and only a portion of the money in that account would go towards garnishment until the debt is paid off. Was your account garnished or frozen?
