I own nothing if i stop paying my bill what can the bill collectors sue me for.I live on social security. And i really dont care about my credit report.

Hello, Dragon, Bill collectors can take you to court and get a judgment. If you are on Social security they can not attach your wages. They will try to attach any bank accounts that you have or others that have your name on their account. You would have to file a form so that the bank knows the amount of your SS check. They would not be able to take that amount from your banking accounts.
If you ever recieve any type of settlement They would also be able to attach that. I am not sure about sherriffs sales. Certain states I understand does allow for that but if you do not own anything you need not worry.
Instead of dealing with all this aggravation it would appear to me a bankruptsy would be best for you, especailly if your credit report is not an issue. It would better protect you.
