Subject: can a retirement check from Regional transit District in Den

I got a judgement from District Court in Colorado against a person who owes me $25,ooo and I dont know where he is right now,but he will be receiving a retirement check in the future.

Hi wilkersonsheriff

Do you have the debtor's SS number? You can try and locate the person using it. Besides I believe you must have the number of any of his relatives or friends as reference. You may call to ask them his latest contact number without harassing them or violating any FDPCA law.
