I hope someone can help... I had a debt with Banck of America(Credit Card) for $7,000. Then I received a court order saying that I was being sue for it. They told me to call the collecter (Mann) they settle for payment plan where I would be able to pay monthly until I pay off my debt. Now my balance is $1,700, I tryed to call to make my monthly payment, however I get that the lines have been temporaly dissconected. I don't know who to conatact now to find out what's going to happen to my debt and who do I deal with now. If that money that I paid them would be dedcuted from my original debt. Please help, any advice or information will help me alot.
Thank you |

Hi Juanita,
The address for Mann Bracken is:
5215 North O'Connor Boulevard
Irving, TX 75039-3770, United States
(817) 416-7667
You can check their website too for more details. However the money that you paid will be deducted from the original debt. But the question is do you have any proof of your payment? _________________ All the Best

| Mann-Bracken is out of business. None of their web sites work and neither do their phones. They no longer exist. If you had a judgment and were making payments to Mann-Bracken, you need to contact the court clerk to see what to do. If Mann-Bracken was pursuing you and there was no judgment yet, you get a reprieve. The original creditor may come after you, but it will take a long time for them to catch up. More than likely the statute of limitations will expire before they come after you. |

| I seen a site said out of business, Thank you. This company had another company out of state and used my I.D. to get information on our home. Turn these people in to FTC and Attorney Gen. They buy these debts for pennies on the dollar and make 200% profit. I lost my battle with the court, but I will keep trying to fight these debt collectors. Be proactive and search the sites. These companies sell these debts over and over again. |
