my stepson is getting sued for negalige, he was on a trail bike 5 years ago with his ex girlfriend, they had an accident & she fell off the back.
she is now sueing him for 325,000. he has been to solictor he wanted to go bankrupt but they said bankruptsy won't make any difference. he still has to pay. I feel so sorry for him young ones all make mistakes he is just trying to get on with his life but this is just going to ruin it all.

is there anything else he can do? Crying or Very sad

Hi Harris,

As your son have already contacted an attorney, he should try to get hold of any kind of details regarding the accident, like any photos, any clue, copy of the police report etc. that can prove his side of the case. If the bike was insured then he can contact the insurance company. However he needs to contact a really knowledgeable attorney who can protect him from this lawsuit.

Hello Harris. I am not sure this can help but you could stop over at our sister forum ampminsure.org There is a logo at the bottom of the page if you want to access the site that way They deal in auto insurance and accidents. they would be better suited for this question. Good luck.
