Hello Ruth. A part of this site is also a car insurance forum that you could inquire with. At the bottom of your screen you will see a logo for am pm insurance. try that first. I just went through this and wish I would have visited this forum before ever hiring an atty. A lot of cases, even if severe (like mine), can be handled on your own with advice through the forum. I really got taken for a ride since my atty got most of my settlement. This was because the other person had low limits. I really hope you will stop in at that site before making any rash decisions.
