credit card is not mine, called the company in 2004, sent them certified everything requested, never heard from them again. in Sept. 2009 i get a summons to court

Hi Jarmour,

As you have been summoned by court, you need to appear in the court. However if you contact a lawyer, he can handle all the issues and can even appear in court as your representative. You should prepare the copies of all your certified mails, including all the communications with the company. You may need to show all these to the court.

i have showed everything to the court, he keeps letting this mediation thing go on, i've told him, it's no use, why mediate something if you don't owe it, and it'snot yours
