The smart ones don't go crawling back.....That would make me smart because i will never want to even walk in that building knowing that there are people in there that are not worth anything...I found another wonderful job with alot of respect.... I cant believe i wasted so much time at ACA.... O and i got a good laugh seeing it on the news...It was the highlight of my week when i saw it....HAHAHA i am still laughing....I hope they close it down..... Maybe i need to get my 2 cents in and let them also know how bad it is to work there.... The best day of mylife was when i walked out of the hell hole

I too have unfortuanly just came into contact with them and Oh my gosh they are awful! I am trying to reconcile my account and they won't even talk to me when I refuse to pay in full. They have hung up on me three times. I am trying to figure out what my next step is in fixing this. I will put in a complaint to the FTC though. Glad to hear it wasn't just me and my imagination though.

All: If you are having issues with this company, please contact the Federal Trade Commision at (877) 382-4357 and file a complaint. When the FTC receives enough complaints, they will investigate the company. I filed today. You can also file online.

Concerned, usually the federal trade commission will look into things with even one request. It is good that everyone who has had an issue report it so coming here was a good start to getting that to happen. Have you also reported them to the atty generals office? If not then you really should. They may even get quicker action for you. let us know what results you get.

Question, why would it matter where they lived? Does not matter what state you are from they can file anywhere and do it online if they wanted to. Is there a class action suit or anything going on in Texas that may benefit the poster?

My friend got an APEX alarm and needed to use my credit card for the setup paymeny. I had to sign to allow them to use my card...I read where I signed and that's what it said. Now since she didnt keep up the payments and they cant find her, they are saying its mine. This is BS and they are very unproffessional. I even tried to call apex but they wont speak to me bcuz it's not in my name.

Now they are scamming small business in Oregon. Looks to me like they are using alarm companies to do this. What an outrage. I am sending copies of info I have to OR Dept of Consumer Services, the Texas equivalent & the FTC.
