These people are JDB's (Junk Debt Buyers). Now when these people buy the debts from a company the only thing that they get is a line on a piece of paper with a name, account number, amount and a few other little tid-bits. There are many of these dealers and in some cases they have in their hands debts that go back over ten years and they work with them for awhile and then sell them to some one else to play with.
I have been to court twice as pro se against two of the companies and have not lost. One was for $7785 and the other for over $16000. In court, I asked for a signed contract be presented and a complete payment history also be presented. The Judge told them to return to the court when they could produce the documents. That was over six years ago and I have not heard anything since. Good luck, dave |

I have filed complaint about this company with the Texas Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. There is obvious something terrible wrong with this company...AG filed a lawsuit and BBB rates them a "F".
After numerous dealings with this companies’ representatives, I have been treated rudely, hung up on, over talk, and called a liar. After the continued abused and profanity, I was prompted to search this company on line. After searching though the enormous, unbelievable amount of complaints on this company, I discovered it is not a "law office” as they falsely claim. Also many things are in violation with the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. The BBB has acted promptly to my complaint. If all of us consumers take action, maybe bottom dwellers, like this company, will be forced out of business. |
